Mourad Aziz

Mourad Aziz is an architect who had a passion for art ever since he graduated in 1970.

In 1997 he participated in the first plastic arts exhibition in the Arabic region, and the only one back then. He continued to participate in a lot of national and international exhibitions through out the Middle East.

He excelled in pottery art, shaped from terracotta clay using the artist's special tools to match the design. It is then dried out and burned at 1652 degrees Fahrenheit (900 degrees Celsius), and is finally colored with acrylic paint.

As for the fish, he uses a mix of colored polymer clay (fimo) then bakes it in the oven and cover the design with epoxy resin to give it a shiny and a hard surface.
